Our 1:1 program equips every student with a Chromebook, empowering them with personalized learning tools. If your Chromebook requires repair, we offer comprehensive services, including:
- Screen Repair: Replacement and repair of damaged or broken Chromebook screens.
- Keyboard and Trackpad Restoration: Repair and replacement of malfunctioning keyboards and trackpads.
- Internal Component Diagnostics and Repair: Troubleshooting and repair of internal hardware components.
- Operating System and Software Troubleshooting: Diagnosis and resolution of software and operating system issues.
Device Setup & Troubleshooting:
Our IT Department provides expert setup and troubleshooting assistance for all district-provided devices, including:
- Initial Device Configuration and Onboarding:
- We configure and prepare devices for initial use.
- We ensure devices are ready for student/staff access and network connectivity.
- Software Installation and Updates:
- We install and update necessary software and applications.
