BENEFIT CHANGES:

Benefit elections may be made at the time of hire or during the annual Open Enrollment period each November. Changes outside of these timeframes are permitted only if you experience a qualifying life event, such as:

• Birth or adoption of a child

• Marriage

• Death of a dependent

• Loss or change of employment (impacting benefits eligibility)

Please note that documentation verifying the qualifying event may be required before any benefit changes can be approved.

At The Foundation for Hispanic Education (TFHE), we are committed to supporting and developing exceptional educators. As part of that commitment, we proudly offer a fully funded Teacher Induction Program for eligible teachers seeking to clear their Preliminary California teaching credential.

In partnership with the Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE), TFHE provides a two-year, job-embedded induction experience at no cost to employees. This individualized program includes:

• Dedicated one-on-one mentoring

• Ongoing instructional coaching

• Professional learning tailored to your classroom needs

• Structured support during your first and second years of teaching

Our goal is to ensure new teachers feel confident, supported, and equipped to thrive in their classrooms. Through meaningful mentorship and professional growth opportunities, the induction program helps teachers build long-term success in their careers.
